OJS Pro is committed to delivering high-quality consultancy services for academic journal websites. As our services are digital and customized, our refund policy is limited to specific circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in cases where OJS Pro is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to technical inability on our part. Examples include:

  • Failure to install or configures Open Journal Systems (OJS) due to limitations in our technical capabilities.

  • Inability to provide agreed-upon design or troubleshooting services due to our technical constraints.

Refund Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request within 30 days of the service agreement date, detailing the technical inability encountered.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for client dissatisfaction unrelated to technical inability, changes in client requirements, or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services completed as per the agreed scope.

  • Delays or issues caused by client-provided information, third-party services, or external factors beyond OJS Pro’s control.
